The founder of Atomic Business Skills training, Mike Burke, brings a wealth of experience in business to bear in the design of the training courses. That experience began with nearly 28 years as a Front Line Leader with the same organization, including frequent promotions and moves to different parts of the world that needed his unique skill sets. Atomic Business Skills Training was a dream that grew during his career.
For Mike, the journey that culminated with the formation of Atomic Business Skills began with a mentor early in his career that saw the leadership potential in Mike and endorsed him to become certified in Front Line Leader Training and Facilitatation with Zenger Miller, which is now known as Achieve Global.
Mike made the most of this opportunity by facilitating hundreds of Front Line Leadership courses over the years while using the skills he was teaching in his management duties. In effect, a real life laboratory. From Problem Solving to Change Management, Mike used the training modules in the courses on a daily basis in his line of work. It was this experience as a trainer that provided him with the tools he would need to become an effective leader in the business world.
